Three Warnings and A Delusion
Warning 1:
Here be ***SPOILERS***, you betcha.
Warning 2: I
should probably mention after the fact that these reviews are, indeed, R-rated,
TV-MA whatever. I think I was assuming that was a given, that I'd already
imparted my warnings of adultness about in abundance at the site, in general,
but to cover all bases, these reviews all contain colorful (offensive)
language, so if that disturbs or makes you uncomfortable, I wouldn't suggest
getting your blood pressure up just to read them.
Warning 3: My
intent is generally humor, but much like the show which inspires the gibberish
therein, it isn't always the lightest, airiest, least opinionated document
you'll read all day. Pollyanna I am not, exactly. Logic is relative
and I've set out to prove it, and logic and
rationalization isn't always pretty and sunny, nor is it short and sweet.
I'm kind of a stream-of-consciousness writer (gee, ya think?), and in no way am
I complimenting myself by saying so. I consider it more a curse than a
blessing, but facts is facts.
All that
means that while discussing the eps in detail with
spoilage, my sullied mind will appear in print on occasion, the overdone
analytic rambling can go on for eons sometimes, and you should be aware before
clicking.
Delusion: Keep
in mind, I'm a faith-keeper and the biggest DD fan in all of history (you can
beg to differ all you want, but I'll never back down from that one delusion of
mine <g>) and regardless of how disgruntled and cranky I can seem,
railing on Hank and nitpicking the inaccuracies of Cali 2, I know I'm going to
love this show and The Man Who Would Be Hank Moody until the day I die and
beyond, if there is one, and you should know that, too.
